30 minute Small Space Yoga- a short, purifying, gentle practice with pranayama, gentle stretches, mantra and relaxation. These sessions are intended for anyone, especially those that may have limited space for practice. You can be in your kitchen, bedroom, in front of the couch. Be anyplace you can settle for half an hour and able move a little.
DATE: Sundays and Thursdays throughout March, 2021

Remember to be mindful of your body, ensure you are moving and breathing safely within your own comfort zone. We will practice mantra (chanting), asana (postures), mudra (hand gestures), and pranayama (breath).
